SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a DUI arrest was made early Saturday morning on State Route 8, at Two Mile Run Road, in Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.

This incident occurred around 2:16 a.m. on May 20, as a driver — a known, 22-year-old Franklin man — was found stuck in a ditch at the above described location.

The driver was subsequently arrested for DUI.

DUI and related charges are pending.

The name of the driver was not released.
