Franklin Man Charged in Oil City Burglary, Charges Pending Against Two Others

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – A Franklin man is facing charges stemming from a May 24 burglary on Glenview Avenue in Oil City.

Following an investigation conducted by Oil City Police, 24-year-old Joshua Eric Delp Conway, of Franklin, was arrested on charges of Burglary, Criminal Trespass, and Theft by Unlawful Taking.

According to police, several electronic items were stolen during the burglary.

Police say charges are pending against two other known actors involved in the burglary.

Conway was scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Douglas I. Dinberg in Venango County Central Court today.

He’s currently being held in Venango County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
