Franklin Man Arrested for Suspicion of DUI

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A Franklin man was arrested on Suspicion of DUI charges following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning in the City.

Franklin-based State Police said a known 36-year-old Franklin man operating a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze on Washington Street was pulled over around 12:59 a.m. after he allegedly committed multiple traffic violations.

The driver was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Charges will be filed pending the results of blood-alcohol concentration testing.

The man’s name has not been released.
