FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police responded to a Domestic Assault incident in Franklin, Venango County.

According to police, at 7:43 p.m. on March 6, 2016 police were dispatched to a residence on Myrtle Street for reports of a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, police determined that 48-year-old Samuel P. Deluca, of Franklin, was intoxicated and had allegedly assaulted a juvenile victim.

Police arrested Deluca on Simple Assault and Harassment charges.

He was lodged in the Venango County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
