Court documents indicate that Sterling did not have permission to be in her residence. He then allegedly kicked in her bedroom door and began to threaten her current boyfriend.

Both victims said Sterling threatened to grab the male victim by the throat and drag him out of the house. They also told police that Sterling “punched the walls and appeared ready to fight.”

Sterling was arraigned Sunday night in front of District Judge Patrick Lowrey. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 14, in Venango County Central Court.

He was released from the Venango County Jail after posting $10,000 cash bail.
