FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A Franklin man lost his home to a fire on Friday afternoon.

The Franklin Fire Department was dispatched to the 1300 block of Eagle Street early yesterday afternoon.

Firefighters stayed at the scene for several hours, according to sources.

The home is considered a total loss.

The cause of the fire is unknown; it is under investigation.

Oil City Fire Department, Rocky Grove Volunteer Fire Department, the City of Franklin Police Department, and Community Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
