MINERAL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Jackson Center Polk Road in Mineral Township, Venango County.

According to police, at 6:30 p.m. on February 13 20-year-old James E. McCauly III, of Franklin, was traveling east in a 2005 Dodge Neon.

Police say McCauly lost control of the vehicle on the slippery roadway.

The vehicle struck and embankment and rolled onto its roof.

McCauly was not injured in the crash and was wearing a seat belt.
