Franklin Man Taken into Custody Following Domestic Disturbance

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — On Friday night, Franklin Police Department responded to an incident of domestic violence on Egbert Street, Franklin, Venango County.

Franklin Police Department received a report of a domestic disturbance in progress around 9:26 p.m. on Friday, August 18.

Officers arrived on the scene and conducted interviews of all individuals involved. They determined a physical altercation had occurred, police say.

Officers took 58-year-old J. Tomlinson, of Franklin, into custody on charges of domestic violence and violating terms of probation.

The following offenses were filed against Tomlinson:

– Simple Assault
– Terroristic Threats
