FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police say a Retail Theft occurred around 9:32 a.m. on March 31, at Shop ‘n Save, on Buffalo Street, Franklin, Venango County.

Franklin Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at Shop ‘n Save and discovered that 27-year-old Krystal Lynn Reed, of Franklin, allegedly took possession of $9.38 of merchandise and carried away the same without paying.

She was arrested and charged with a summary offense of Retail Theft.

The charge was filed at District Court 28-3-03.
