FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — The Franklin Police Department is seeking a person of interest in their investigation into the theft of a vehicle.
Police said a silver Honda Accord was stolen on Friday, January 4, between 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of Otter Street.
The bicycle seen in the provided photos was found where the car was parked.
