Franklin Police Locate Hit-and-Run Vehicle

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Police in Franklin have located a vehicle involved in a Monday night hit-and-run crash on Grant Street.

According to a release issued by Franklin police on Tuesday morning, around 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, an unknown vehicle was traveling west on the 700 block of Grant Street in Franklin when it traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a 35 mile per hour speed limit sign and a utility pole before returning to the roadway and fleeing the scene.

A second release, issued late Tuesday, indicated that the vehicle has been located; however, no further details are being released at this time.
