CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, an incident of Harassment occurred around midnight on September 15, at a property on Pear Street, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Police say Candice Marie Brethauer, 29, of Franklin, allegedly physically assaulted an 18-year-old Oil City woman, a known female victim, and two known male victims during a domestic dispute.

A non-traffic citation was filed with District Judge Douglas I. Dinberg charging Brethauer with four counts of Harassment.
