State Police Calls: Franklin Woman Victim of Fraud

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State police responded to the following incidents.

Woman victim of fraud

According to police, an unknown person gained access to a debit card account owned a 21-year-old Franklin woman sometime between July 4-5 in Sandycreek Township and made a $240 purchase.

Unauthorized use of car

According to police, a known, but unidentified, 23-year-old Franklin man is accused of taking a vehicle owned by 50-year-old North East man without permission.

The incident occurred on July 8 at a property on White Farm Lane in Jackson Township.
