SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Two Franklin women are facing retail theft charges after they allegedly attempted to steal women’s underwear from a Sugarcreek Borough store yesterday.

Police said 20-year-old Charly Y. Watkins and 19-year-old Lacey A. Shaw were observed by loss prevention personnel attempting to steal women’s underwear from Kmart in Sugarcreek Borough yesterday around 4:40 p.m.

Watkins and Shaw were both arrested on retail theft charges.
