Hearing Set for Wednesday for Franklin Man Accused of Selling Meth in Sugarcreek Borough

SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — A Franklin man is facing a hearing Wednesday on charges related to an incident where he allegedly sold meth in Sugarcreek Borough.

Court documents indicate 25-year-old Brandon Robert Sibble, of Franklin, is scheduled to stand for a preliminary hearing in front of Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 2.

Sibble faces the following charges:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

According to a criminal complaint, on September 13, Lieutenant Baker, of the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department, was advised by a known individual that they had received methamphetamine from Brandon Robert Sibble. The individual turned over .2 grams of methamphetamine that they reported Sibble had given them.

The complaint notes the substance was NIK tested and came up positive for methamphetamine.

The known individual provided a written statement detailing how they came in contact with Sibble and how they received the methamphetamine. The transaction for the methamphetamine allegedly occurred within the Borough of Sugarcreek, according to the complaint.

Sibble was also wanted on a warrant for a probation violation, the complaint states.

He was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish at 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, September 19.

Unable to post $25,000.00 cash bail, he remains lodged in the Venango County Jail.

According to court documents, Sibble also faces another hearing Wednesday on the following charges:

– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
– Use/Poss Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor (two counts)
– Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor

These charges stem from an incident that occurred on September 19 in Sugarcreek Borough.
