Henry L. Deeter, 75, of Evans Street, Oil City, died Thursday morning, December 22, 2016 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca following a lengthy illness.

He was born in Cooperstown on September 21, 1941 to the late Clifford and Dorothy (Hines) Deeter.

Henry was a member of the P.N.A. in Oil City.

He enjoyed spending time in the garage, working on cars, and going camping.

His latest employment was at the Franklin airport where he cared for the Conair company plane.

Surviving is a son, Bryan S. Deeter and his wife Pebbles of Oil City; three grandchildren, Harry Herrlich, Nicholas Deeter, and Samantha Deeter; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter, Missy Deeter.

The Hile-Best Funeral Home in Seneca, Cranberry Township is completing funeral arrangements. There will be no visitation or funeral service held.
