Two Jailed for Alleged Heroin Possession in Grove City

MERCER COUNTY, Pa. — According to court documents, two people have been jailed after Grove City Police accused them of heroin possession on August 29.

According to Grove City Police, 19-year-old Brandon Patrick Lewis, of McKeesport, and 21-year-old Brittany Rae Pringle, of Grove City, were both arrested after police allegedly discovered 186 stamp bags of heroin in their possession.

Both Lewis and Pringle have been charged with the following offenses:

-Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
-Intentional Possession of Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
-Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
-Conspiracy — Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Misdemeanor

Bail was set at $50,000.00 for both individuals by Magisterial District Judge Ronald E. Anto.

Unable to post bail, they were lodged in the Mercer County Jail.

Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for both defendants at 9:30 a.m. on October 9, 2013, in front of Magisterial District Judge D. Neil McEwen.
