Mrs. Ida Jean Preston Deeter, 68, of 709 W. Elm St. Titusville, passed away on Wednesday February 3, 2016 in Hollywood, Florida after suffering a sudden illness.

She was born in Titusville, on August 5, 1947 to William and Kathleen Preston. She was preceded in death by parents, sister and brother- in- law Mr. and Mrs. Charles Walter, a brother, William Preston Jr. and great grandson, Liam Brown.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, James Deeter, and sister, Joann Hauptman, and five children, Mr. and Mrs. Tim (Tina) Thompson of Centerville, Mr. And Mrs. Ron (Kim Renae) Nightingale of Trinity, TX, Mr. and Mrs. Randy (Kay) Westfall of Sprague, WA, Rodney Westfall and partner Robert Leadbetter of Hollywood, FL, and Billie Jo Peeples of Shiloh, IL. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, Eugene A. Whitton, Brian Brown, Tony Brown, Brittany Peeples, Summer Howard, Dakota Piecek, Kristian Thompson, Kimberly Westfall and Jacob Rust, two great grandchildren Kaydence Kennedy and Ridley Brown, three nephews Michael Hauptman of Darlington Pa, Chuckie Walter of Titusville and Darrell Hauptman of Titusville and close friends Tommy Stokes of Titusville and Bo and Sharon Hall of Slidell, Ms.
Ida was a loving wife a devoted mother and a dedicated grandmother. She was a mother that knew no limit for the love of her family. She loved to garden, cook and spend time with family and friends.

Friends may call at the Hennes-Garrett Funeral Home 203 E. Main St. on Sunday from Noon to 2:00 PM at which time a funeral service will be conducted with Pastor Shawn Johnson, officiating.
