Police Discover Indoor Marijuana Grow Operation, Several Guns in Crawford County

CRAWFORD COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Around 9:00 a.m. on October 8, Erie-based State Police Vice Unit, along with Clandestine Lab Response Team, served a search warrant at 1898 Pilgrim Lane, in Linesville, Crawford County.

The residence, an indoor grow operation was discovered with 92 marijuana plants. Also, during the search, several rifles were found along with suppressors for them, police say.

According to police, 40-year-old Eric Rodgers and 35-year-old Angela Rodgers were arraigned on the following charges:

– 1 count of Conspiracy — Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– 1 count of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– 2 counts of Possession Firearm W/Manufacturer Number Altered, Etc., Felony 2
– 1 count of Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Per Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– 1 count of Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– 3 counts of Endangering Welfare of Children — Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Misdemeanor 1
– 3 counts of Corruption of Minors, Misdemeanor 1

Unable to post $50,000.00 bail, both accused were lodged in the Crawford County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for both on October 22 at 10:00 a.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge Rita J. Marwood.
