OIL CITY, Pa. — A closure scheduled for Interstate 80 eastbound in Venango County from Exit 35 (Route 308, Clintonville) to Exit 42 (Route 38, Emlenton) has been rescheduled for May 23.

The closure is necessary in order to facilitate the removal of a disabled tractor trailer from the median.

The roadway is now expected to be closed from 8:30 AM to noon, Wednesday, May 23, 2018, weather permitting.

A detour will be posted using Route 308, Route 208, and Route 38.

Motorists are advised to watch for flaggers at the intersection of Route 208 and Route 308 in Clintonville Borough.
