‘Jammin’ for Autism Awareness’ Benefit Concert Set for Thursday

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A “Jammin’ for Autism Awareness” concert will be held Thursday, June 4, at the Quality Inn Events and Banquet Center in Franklin.

The concert benefiting “Autism Speaks” will begin at 7:00 p.m. and feature performances by local artists.

Performers will include:

– Gary and Luke Bickerstaff
– Lisa Cook
– Tammi Dahl
– Nathaniel Licht
– Casey McVay
Rachael Mellor
Beth Ann Proudfoot and careyOn
Michelle Schull
Cara and Cassidi Udy
Chris, Bryan, and Mike from Shadow of the Statue
HOLeY Jeans
Diamond Dance Company

The theme for this years event is “Colors.” Attendees are invited to wear their favorite color to the event.

In addition to performances by the artists, Ms. Wheelchair Pennsylvania Jennifer Gilliland will speak about Invisible Disabilities.

A cash bar and refreshments will be available throughout the event.

There will also be a basket raffle, a bake sale, and a 50/50 raffle.

The concert is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted at the door.

Proceeds from the concert will taken to the “Walk Now for Autism Speaks” event on June 14 in Schenley Park.

The Quality Inn Events and Banquet Center is located at 1411 Liberty Street, Franklin, Pa.
