59-Year-Old Man Arrested for DUI in Jenks Township

JENKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police say around 10:01 p.m. on August 31, a DUI arrest was made on State Route 66, approximately 200 feet north of Oak Lane, in Jenks Township, Forest County.

According to police, an known 59-year-old male suspect was stopped for a traffic violation on SR 66 and was discovered to be under the influence of alcohol.

The suspect was placed into custody for suspicion of DUI and was transported to Kane Community Hospital for a blood test, police say.

Charges are pending through District Court 37-4-03.

The name of the suspect was not released.
