Johnnie Ruth Burkhardt, 56, of 166 Plum St., Oil City, died unexpectedly late Tuesday afternoon at her home.

She is survived by her husband, JR,  and her children Heather and Andrew; and siblings Bob, Lynn, and Shelly.
