Julie Ann Willey, 45, of Atlantic, PA. , died Friday March 10, 2017.

Born March 25, 1971 in Franklin, PA., she was the daughter of LaVonne Green Neal & the late Robert Neal.

Julie was a graduate of Franklin High School.

She enjoyed camping and liked to collect lighthouses.

Julie loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.

In addition to her mother Lavonne Neal of Oil City; two children, Ashley Homer & her husband Doug of Oil City abd Richard Willey of Mercer; her grandchildren, Dylan, Makena, and Jase; one sister, Robin Miller & her husband Glenn of Sharon, PA and their children Kyle and Andrew Miller; and her maternal grandmother, Mary Green of Girard, PA.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence Green, Robert Neal Sr. Evangeline & Nevin Best.

Friends will be received from 2-4 P.M. Friday March 17 in the Reinsel Funeral Home 116 Bissell Ave. Oil City, PA. 16301.
