Justin Sherman Hornbeck, 34, of Conneaut Lake, PA, passed away unexpectedly on April 28, 2018, from a tragic car accident.

Justin was born in Franklin on March 6, 1984, the son of Roberta and Robert Hornbeck. He grew up in Rocky Grove and was a Rocky Grove graduate. He was employed at Advanced Casting Products in Meadville, PA.

Justin is survived by his sons, Jaxon and Kolton Hornbeck; his mother, Roberta Hornbeck; sister, Erishea Reese of Conneaut Lake; and his brothers, Jason Hornbeck and his wife, Sara of Pittsburgh; Joshua Hornbeck and his wife, Lisa of Oil City; and Jeremy Hornbeck and his fiancée, Charolette Burrows of Titusville. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hornbeck and grandmother, Lorraine Rossey.

Justin enjoyed playing basketball and was an avid pool player. In his younger years, he was an all-star baseball player. He cherished time spent with his two boys and his family. He also enjoyed shopping for the perfect pair of sneakers. Justin had a contagious smile that lit up a room. His caring demeanor always made others feel at ease.

A private memorial service is planned for his family.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Dickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 130 N Second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA.
