Kathryn M. Quinn, age 94, of Callery, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 while under the care of St. John’s Specialty Care Center, Mars.

Born June 26, 1922 in Boynton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Bowers & the late Agnes Hetz Bowers.

Kathryn retired in 2007 at the age of 84 from St. John’s Specialty Care Center in Mars, where she served in many positions, including an employee in-service instructor for over 40 years.

She was a longtime member of St. Matthias Roman Catholic Church.

Kathryn enjoyed quilting and working on puzzles, but above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family.

She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

Kathyrn married Howard Quinn on May 29,1941, and he preceded her in death on October 17,2007.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters: Ruth Ann Shaner of Callery, Kathryn Henry and her husband Reese of Cranberry Township, Agnes Burr and her husband Randy of Clarion, and MaryAnn Healy and her husband Michael of Butler; Her sons: William J. Quinn of Butler, and Howard E. Quinn and his wife Cheryl of Evans City; Twelve grandchildren, fourteen great- grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband she was also preceded in death by an infant son David, one brother, and one sister.

Kathryn’s family will receive friends on Tuesday June 27, 2017 from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. at the Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 116 E. Main Street, Evans City.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday June 28,2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St Matthias Catholic Church 417 E. Main St, Evans City,.

She will be laid to rest in the St. Gregory Cemetery, Zelienople.
