Kevin Jay Fenstermaker

Kevin Jay Fenstermaker, age 51, of Venus PA, passed away at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh on March 2, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Kevin was born on May 19, 1967 in Titusville to the late Lawrence and Martha (Thompson) Fenstermaker.

Kevin attended the Cranberry Area Schools.

Prior to his disability, Kevin worked in the logging industry and then for a short time at Long Acres Potato Farm in Frills Corner.

Kevin was a kind and generous man with a loving heart and an awesome sense of humor.

Kevin will always be remembered for his beautiful voice, his love of music, his infectious laugh, and his beautiful blue eyes.

Kevin enjoyed working on his old Dodge pick up truck, and playing spades and nickel-dime poker with family and friends.

He also enjoyed fishing and spending time in the woods in his old Fairlane trailer.

He was always up for an adventure.

Kevin is survived by his five sisters and two brothers, Pamela (Richard) Palm, of Oil City PA, Karen (Al) Weiss, of Ellenton FL, Aaron Fenstermaker, of Venus PA, Laura (Steven) Hook, of Knox PA, Lucinda Eck, of Oil City PA, Paula (Mike) Klingler, of Oil City PA, and David (Jodi) Fenstermaker, of Tionesta PA; his sister-in-law, Angela Fenstermaker, of Seneca PA; eleven nephews; nine nieces; 13 great-nephews; and 11 great-nieces.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Daniel and Darrel Fenstermaker; and his best friend and companion, pit bull Babe.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, in Clarion.

As per Kevin’s request, there will be no viewing, visitation or services.
