SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (D9Sports) – Led by consensus No. 1 Ridgway, four of the top five teams from last week remain the same in the Jan. 29 Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com District 9 Boys’ Basketball Power Ratings.

Ridgway (14-0) is the only unbeaten team in District 9, and the Elkers are followed by Coudersport (13-1), the only one-loss squad, at No. 2. Coudersport will travel to Ridgway for a big matchup in Class 2A Saturday.

Last week’s No. 5, Bradford (8-7) drops a spot into a sixth-place tie with Clearfield (10-6), who made the biggest jump this week up from No. 14.

One new team joins the ratings, as Otto-Eldred (9-5) moves in at No. 12 after a 3-0 week that included a win over Bradford. No one dropped out, as a tie for No. 15 has occurred between Karns City (11-5) and DuBois 8-7). The Gremlins were tied for 11th last week with Cameron County (12-2), who remains 11th, while DuBois was 15th.
