FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – The Safe Kids Clarion-Venango Coalition and its lead agency Keystone SMILES Community Learning Center held its annual Progressive Agricultural Day on Thursday at the Venango County Fairgrounds.

Each year, the event draws almost 500 of second grade students from across the Venango and Forest counties to the grounds to learn a variety of safety lessons.
