Knox Man Accused of Stealing Potato Farm Truck

TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) – A 37-year-old Knox man faces charges after he allegedly stole a truck from Long Acres Potato Farm in Washington Township, Clarion County.

State police say the incident happened yesterday around 4:30 a.m. when 37-year-old Toby Sheatz, of Knox, was walking south on SR-36 and allegedly stole a 2002 Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck parked in front of Long Acres Potato Farm.

Sheatz was located in the stolen vehicle around 9:15 a.m. and was taken into custody, according to police.

He was arraigned before Magesterial District Judge Timothy Schill and placed in Clarion County Jail in lieu of $10,000 straight bail.
