CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A Knox man who was incarcerated at SCI Forest for up to 32 years on multiple counts of indecent assault in June is scheduled for plea court on February 20 on additional charges for child sex crimes.

According to court documents, 34-year-old Chad Aaron Renninger, of Knox, is scheduled to appear in Clarion County Plea Court at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, in front of President Judge James G. Arner on the following charges:

– Rape – Person Less Than 13 Years Age, Felony 1
– Aggravated Indecent Assault – Person Less 13 Yrs Age, Felony 2
– Sexual Assault, Felony 2
– Statutory Sexual Assault, Felony 2
– Aggravated Indecent Assault – Person Less 13 Yrs Age, Felony 2
– Indecent Assault Person Less 13 Yrs Age, Misdemeanor 1 (six counts)

The charges stem from alleged sexual offenses against juveniles that occurred more than 20 years ago.

Renninger was transferred from SCI Forest to Clarion County Jail on February 15, 2019.

Previous Case:

In a related case, court documents indicate that on Wednesday, June 6, President Judge James Arner sentenced Renninger to a minimum total of 191 months and a maximum total of 382 months confinement.

He was found guilty of the following charges during a jury trial on Tuesday, March 27:

– Indecent Assault – Person Less Than 13 Years of Age, Felony 3 (17 counts)
– Indecent Assault – Person Less Than 16 Years of Age, Misdemeanor 2 (17 counts)
– Corruption of Minors, Felony 3 (two counts)
– Criminal Attempt – Invasion of Privacy – photograph, view, etc. intimate parts of other person, Misdemeanor 2 (five counts)

He will also be required to register as a sex offender.

He was lodged at SCI Forest.
