Lisha Ann Palmer, 54, of Knox passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 29, 2014 at the Clarion Hospital.

Born March 2, 1960 in Butler, she was the daughter of George and Sara Daubenspeck.

On November 12, 1983 she married Dennis Palmer.

Lisha graduated from AC Valley High School then spent her life working as an aid at the Emlenton Laurel Manor and Highland Oaks Personal Care Home.

She had a huge heart and a passion for caring for others. Lisha enjoyed listening to oldies music, watching QVC and the Pittsburg Steelers and Pirates.

Along with her husband Lisha is survived by her mother Sara, a son William Palmer of Knox, a daughter Jenna Shaffer and her husband Chuck of Emlenton and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are two brothers in law and sisters in law Gene and Korky Palmer of Alvin, TX and Nancy and Chuck Harmon of Middleberg, FL.

Lisha was preceded in death by her father George and a brother Randy Daubenspeck.

The family will received friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Tuesday September 2 and from 10 to 11 AM Wednesday September 3 at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home Inc, 504 East Penn Ave, Knox.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Brent McMaster officiating.
