FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A local church is inviting the public to join their Mission Sewing Days to help those in need.

Grace Community Bible Fellowship will be holding Mission Sewing Days on Saturday, January 5, Saturday, February 16, and Saturday, March 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at their church located at 1759 Pittsburgh Road, Franklin, Pa.

On the listed days, the church welcomes everyone of any level of sewing skill to join them to work on sewing projects for those in need. They will be making simple pillowcase dresses for orphans in Africa, as well as items for the ABC Pregnancy Center and rag quilts for CASA (Venango County Court Appointed Special Advocates).

Those who are interested in attending are asked to bring their sewing machine and any extra supplies they may be able to provide.
