Mable E. Best, 90, of Strattanville passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Clarion Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on November 28, 1926, in Petrolia, the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Oppelt Lowers.

Mable was the last surviving member of her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arthur, and son, Joseph.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at 10 a.m. at the Clarion Cemetery with Dr.

Terry Jacobs Pastor of the River Church presiding.

The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
