Man Accused of Criminal Mischief at Forest County Courthouse

TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police are investigating a case of Criminal Mischief that is alleged to have occurred on February 24.

Police say the incident happened at the Forest County Courthouse’s Law Library when a known Pittsburgh man allegedly used a key to scratch a wooden table.

Video surveillance was reviewed as part of the investigation, according to police.

Charges are pending.
