Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint, Lieutenant Baker, of the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department, was contacted by a known victim around 12:50 p.m. on Monday, September 24.

The victim reported that Leonard Podvasnik Jr. was continually bothering her to the point that she had become afraid for her safety and the safety of her boyfriend.
