Forest County Man Accused of Concealing Bug Zapper in Pants

TIONESTA BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police responded to a retail theft that occurred around 2:14 p.m. on April 16, at Dave’s Dollar Plus, on Elm Street, in Tionesta, Forest County.

According to police, 24-year-old Jay Wagner, of Endeavor, allegedly concealed a bug zapper, valued at $4.99, in his pants and left Dave’s Dollar Plus withough paying the full retain value.

He was charged with one summary count of retail theft.

Charges were filed at the office of 37-4-03.
