OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 11:30 a.m. on July 7, a one-car accident occurred on Horn Road, 2083 feet north of State Route 428, in Oakland Township, Venango County.

Police say 20-year-old Nikko J. Hernandez, of Titusville, was traveling north on Horn Road, lost control of his 2001 Nissan Maxima, and struck a ditch on the east side of the roadway.

Hernandez swerved left causing his car to travel approximately 125 feet while crossing Horn Road, striking the ditch on the west side of the roadway, according to police.

The car then rolled once coming to rest on its roof in the west side ditch of the road.

Hernandez was using a seat belt and was not injured.
