GLADE TWP., Warren Co., Pa. (EYT) — Warren-based State Police responded to an assault in Glade Township on Wednesday night.

Warren-based State Police were dispatched to a location on Jackson Avenue in Glade Township around 10:21 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, for a noise complaint.

While they were en route, Warren County 9-1-1 notified the troopers that a male was found lying on the roadway.

He was later identified as a 24-year-old Warren man who had been physically assaulted.

Police say following an investigation, a 35-year-old Warren man was arrested for simple assault and DUI.

No further details were released.

Charges are pending through District Court 37-3-01.
