SUGARCREEK, Pa. (EYT) — A Cambridge Springs man was taken to the hospital after an early-morning crash Monday on Route 322 in Sugarcreek, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, 60-year-old John A. Lehman was driving a 2016 Mack truck east on Route 322 when he drifted off the road and hit a guide rail.

As Lehman tried to regain control of the vehicle, his trailing unit collided with an embankment and the truck overturned.

Lehman was wearing a seatbelt but told police he had a minor injury.

Community Ambulance took Lehman to UPMC Northwest for treatment of unknown injuries.

Route 322 was closed for about five hours while crews cleaned up freight that spilled onto the roadway.
