Margie HaughMargie J. Haugh, age 81 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died Monday, January 23, 2017 in Oklahoma.

She was born January 24, 1935 to Cecil and Opal McKinney of Titusville, PA.

Margie graduated high school from North Windham, Maine in 1953. After returning to Pennsylvania, Margie met Bartlett E. Haugh of Grand Valley. In January of 1954 Bartlett returned home from the Korean War, they courted for a short time, and were wed on July 31, 1954.

Margie was a loving wife, mother and friend who spent her life caring for everyone she met. She loved flowers, birds and animals, especially horses. When the weather was temperate enough, she loved spending time outside.

Surviving family members include her spouse, Bartlett E. Haugh of Tulsa; and her children, Edward and Pamela Haugh of Oil City; Roger and Karen Haugh of Shippenville; Robert and Tamela Haugh of Oklahoma City; also 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Margie will be missed by all those who loved her. She was well loved by so many people from her church family and her neighbors.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Thomas McKinney; sisters, Dora Boyland and Mary Gearhart; a daughter, Gail Ann Haugh; a grandson, Aaron Michael Haugh; and a granddaughter, Melissa Jane Haugh.

Friends will be received at the Hile-Best Funeral Home Inc., 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca from 4 — 7 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 1st). A funeral service will follow from the funeral home Wednesday at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Glenn Miller, pastor of the Grace Baptist Church in Seneca, officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens in Cranberry.
