Martha Elizabeth Stoops of Cincinnati, formerly of Jackson Center and Fredonia Road, Stoneboro, passed away at 11:55 a.m. Thursday, July 19, 2012, in Hyde Park Heath Center, Cincinnati, after a one-week illness. She was 94.

Mrs. Stoops was born July 9, 1918, in Sligo, Clarion County, to John Emory Orville Smith and Hilda Vay Fox Smith.
