Mary L. Mackey, 73, of Shippenville, died Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at the Shippenville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born October 9, 1944, in New Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Norman E. Procious and Delores Hope (Rearick) Rhoads. She was married on June 4, 1988, to Ronald D. Mackey and he survives.

Mrs. Mackey worked for Jamesway and Carter Electric.

She is survived by two children, Randy Bish and Tammy Elder of the Emlenton area, six grandsons, and a sister, Marsha Spenser (Sam) of Shippenville.

She was preceded in death by both her parents.

Her request was to be cremated.

A service will be held at the family’s convenience.

The Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn is in charge of arrangements.
