Mary T. Marshall Watkins

Mary T. Marshall Watkins, 93, of Wind Gap, PA. , and formerly of Seneca, PA. , died at 7:00 A.M. Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at Easton Hospital in Easton, PA. after an extended illness.

Born August 15, 1924, in Kansas City, Kansas she was the beloved daughter of the late Raymond Gonzales & Henrietta Mijares Gonzales.

She attended St. Joseph and Oil City Schools.

Mary was a veteran of the United States Army and served as a mimeograph operator and served as an interpreter.

She had worked at Polk Center for many years as well as Welker Maxwell’s and Brody’s in Oil City.

She attended St. Joseph Church while living in Oil City.

She was a great cook, who enjoyed family, crocheting, dancing, and singing.

She is survived by four children; Jessica Marshall Schlotterbeck & her husband Earl of Hagerstown, MD., Thomas Marshall Jr. of Boston, MA., Connie Marshall Sugarman of Phoenix, AZ., and Debbie Marshall Zoltack of Bethlehem, PA. 10 Grandchildren; Ben Marshall, Chad Miller, Aimee Marshall, Todd Zoltack, Timothy Rohrer Adam Marshall, Brooke Warwick, Danielle Zoltack, Zach Zoltack, Blake Barnes as well as several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by a sister-in-law Colleen Gonzales of Reno.

Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by four brothers.

Paul, Eugene, Leo and Thomas Gonzales as well as an infant sister.

Friends will be received from 6-8 P.M. Monday in the Reinsel Funeral Home 116 Bissell Ave. Oil City, PA. 16301.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday in St. Joseph Church with Fr. John Miller presiding.

Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
