Meadville Man, Woman Killed in Multiple Motorcycle Accident

MERCER COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – CRAWFORD COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to sources, two Crawford County residents died on Sunday from injuries in a two-motorcycle crash in Sugar Grove Township, Crawford County, Pa.

Police say both occupants of the motorcycle — the driver, 34-year-old Greg Nageotte of Meadville, and his passenger, 45-year-old Candi Braswell, of Adamsville (brother and sister) — were killed on Sunday around 2:30 a.m. as a result of a two-motorcycle crash; none of the four riders were wearing helmets.

According to police, the driver of the other motorcycle 27-year-old John McBride of Erie and his passenger, 22-year-old Laura Nageotte of Meadville were taken to Meadville Medical Center and are okay.

Police say both motorcycles were traveling north when they crashed.

No one has been charged in the accident; police say charges are not likely.

According to police, blood samples were taken to be tested for alcohol content.
