CRAWFORD COUNTY, Pa., (EYT) — According to police reports, a Meadville woman has been charged with summary theft and other related charges.

Police say 43-year-old Noel S. Huffman of Meadville, Pa., has been charged with summary retail theft and theft for selecting a vacuum cleaner and using a receipt for a vacuum from another store to get a $158 cash return on March 13 at Walmart on 1275 North Hermitage Road.
