MERCER COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Mercer-based State Police, an individual did not return to a halfway facility in Sharon, Mercer County, Pa.

Police say 52-year-old Ralph R. Leard, Jr., did not return to a Sharon Community Correction halfway house on Thursday, as required.

Leard is 6’2″; he has brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Leard is asked to call the Mercer State Police.
