CRANBERRY, Pa. (EYT) – Kreative Kuts By D&S, a new salon owned by Donald Steele and Shon Bowser, opened its doors on July 18 inside the Cranberry Mall.

Kreative Kuts has six stylists on staff who offer a range of services from cuts, styling, and color to makeovers and waxing.

“(We hope to offer clients) a great experience, great customer service, and a friendly and experienced staff,” said Bowser.

Steele and Bowser have almost 30 years combined experience in cosmetology. Steele formerly worked at MasterCuts in Cranberry Mall. Bowser previously worked as the school director of Kittanning Beauty School and worked for SmartStyle Hair Salon in Cranberry and Clarion.

Bowser said he hopes Kreative Kuts can give back to the local community, which is something that larger hair salon companies are not able to offer.

“We’re a small business that hopes to be community-oriented and get involved with different organizations,” Bowser added.
