New YMCA Yoga Session Starts Today

OIL CITY, Pa. – Yoga is a practice of mind and body exercises which emphasizes flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, breathing, balance, and relaxation.

Yoga with Tracy Pettit is a popular class at the Oil City YMCA. It is offered on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

A new exciting session begins on Wednesday, October 25.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats.

The six-week class session will run through November 29. The cost is $25.00 per session for members and $50.00 per session for non-members. Members can drop-in to any class for $5.00, and non-members can drop-in for $10.00 per class.

Hours

The Oil City YMCA fall hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
