SCRUBGRASS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — A Cleveland man escaped injury after a tire blew on the tractor-trailer he was driving on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township.

According to Franklin-based State Police, Ed Hubbard III, 61, was driving east on I-80 in the right lane when the passenger side rear super single tire blew and caused a fire.

Hubbard brought the trailer to a stop on the berm as the tire continued to burn.

There were no injuries.
